Oldham County natives, Knocked Loose, are quickly becoming one of the most talked about bands in the hardcore music scene. Upon kicking off their first official headlining tour with Jesus Piece, Terror, and Year Of The Knife, shows are selling out by the second and kids all around the country can’t wait to spin-kick to their favorite KL tracks.
The night started off with Florida locals, Bloodbather, and, from the beginning, I knew this was going to be a crazy crowd. As the night progressed, more and more people stage dove, crowd-surfed, and spin-kicked their way to the stage to be part of one of the best shows I have ever attended. Even Knocked Loose’s very own, Bryan Garris, threw in a stage dive mid-set while fans took the mic (he lost his hat in the process – but it’s all good! Bry got his hat back, everyone).
Knocked Loose kicked off their set with a brand new song and continued the night with a setlist mostly comprised off their debut full-length, Laugh Tracks. They also played a variety of OG faves, including “Damned Earth,” and “The Gospel,” before ending the night with crowd-favorite “All My Friends.”
